The typical specialties you can order is ‘esqueixada’, "escudella i carn d'olla", "butifarra amb’’ mongetes", "espinacs a la catalana", and of course but forget ‘’zarzuela" and the tradition ‘’paella’’… Don’t forget the desert surprise ‘’crema catalana’ for a light taste of cinnamon and lemon flavored custard.
