Another place that might be more suitable for tourists is Boliche. You will especially like it if you’re not the fan of shopping malls and overcrowded places. This cinema has only four screens, which comparing to Barcelona Glories is not much. Another advantage of this place is that recently they made change in their movie politics and instead of showing dubbed movies have the original languages now.

If you prefer independent and little-known European movies to Hollywood blockbusters, you might like Verdi and Verdi park cinemas. Located on the corner of Gracia and numbering 9 screens in total, these attract lots of art lovers, so it’s better to arrive a bit earlier.

There are a lot of cheap flats Barcelona available not far from key locations, so you will not have problems of getting home in the heat if you don’t like the movie.
